HECMA CONSULTANTS was founded and registered as a Limited Liability Company in Uganda in 1996 by a multi-disciplinary team of senior Health Planning, Management, Training and Research professionals who constitute the firm’s core team of consultants and specialists. It is a dynamic, action-oriented and fast growing practice of committed professionals with relevant training, knowledge and skills.     

HECMA CONSULTANTS Staff are seasoned and extremely knowledgeable with vast practical experience, proven and impeccable track records and demonstrable capabilities in contemporary practical problem solving in a broad range of Health and Social Development areas including policy formulation, analysis and development, strategic, business and operational planning, human resource development and capacity building, training and research.

HECMA CONSULTANTS has strong collaborative linkages with other consulting firms in Uganda, the East, Central and Southern African Region and internationally and can mobilise expertise in many fields at short notice to meet client needs.
